I'm having the same problem as this fellow:
[login to view URL]
I'm using Mono on Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 4. Your job is to make the following program work on such a system.
static void Main(string[] args) {
byte[] data = new byte[] { 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 };
byte[] after = new byte[[login to view URL]];
using(MemoryStream ms = new MemoryStream(data))
using(GZipStream compress = new GZipStream(ms, [login to view URL]))
using(GZipStream decompress = new GZipStream(compress, [login to view URL])) {
[login to view URL](after, 0, [login to view URL]);
}
for(int i = 0; i < [login to view URL]; i++) {
[login to view URL](after[i]);
}
}
The bug is somewhere in this code (mono-1.1.13.8/support/zlib_macros.c):
z = malloc (sizeof (z_stream));
z->next_in = Z_NULL;
z->zalloc = Z_NULL;
z->zfree = Z_NULL;
z->opaque = Z_NULL;
if (compress) {
retval = deflateInit2 (z, Z_DEFAULT_COMPRESSION, Z_DEFLATED, gzip ? 31 : -15, 8, Z_DEFAULT_STRATEGY);
} else {
z->avail_in = 0;
retval = inflateInit2 (z, gzip ? 31 : -15);
}
