Midi Converter

Profile We need to convert various audio file formats to midi for one of our applications. Our requirement is to make a converter which can take input as rmf, wma or other sound format and output as a midi file. Secondly the converter should be able to convert multiple files at one go(not one by one) may be one type of a format at one time. eg. the user can select 20 files of rmf type and convert to midi and next choose say 40 files of wma format to convert. We use Win 2000 Server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform We use Windows platform. So essentially converter should be able to run on Win 2000 & Win 98. ## Deadline information A trial version will be highly appriaciated.
