Spy API OpenProcess or WriteProcessMemory

I am using VB.Net and need some code for stop the cheats. VB.Net code issue : 1) I Launch Game program(Not VB.Net) from my VB.Net after all checks are ok. Cheats get the PID game in memory using : WindowName, [login to view URL] or PID lookin in Task Manager(Crt+Alt+Supr). How i can intercept all programs in the system or specify program open ? I need detect when any program use the API OpenProcess for get Access to Process the Game. Or when use WriteProcessMemory try change values the GameThreadID. When detect the Attack then Alert in VB.Net Event. I not want STOP the cheat, i need only detect when is used. I offert 50 USD. Code working in sample Vb.Net.
