Create a Windows service that serves PXEboot and related protocols (TFTP, DHCP, etc.) The user experience looks like this:
1. User downloads the PXEboot service installer
2. User downloads one or more bootable ISO images (e.g. a Linux distribution)
3. User runs the installer, to install the PXEboot service
4. User powers on a second computer that is configured for network booting
5. On that second computer, user is presented with a dialog offering a choice of ISO images
6. User selects one
7. The computer boots
