Changing the look of a PHP journal website

It's a Open Journal System and you can download the codes at [login to view URL] 2) The Open Journal System software comes with themes plugin and it has CSS and each theme has it's own CSS. I need to create my won custom theme. 3) I'd like to change the look to similar to the look at [login to view URL], with sidebars and so on. 4) I need this project done within a week.
