OScommerce mouseover pop menu

I have a client who has an OScommerce shopping cart (MS 2.2) who we need to change the current category menu system (the menu system for the product categories). The previous system used an AJAX based menu system addon (categories clicked to reveal subcategories instantly without refreshing page). Task will be to remove the existing AJAX menu system and incorporate a mouseover menu system that will look and function exactly as shown in [login to view URL] attached. You can see a screenshot of the existign menu system on the left in [login to view URL] and the new menu system in after.jpg. So your quote must include incorporating the new mouseover category (to reveal subcategories) menu system. There are no subsub categories in this system.
