iPhone app development

Looking for an experienced iPhone app developer that can deliver a source code package that is ready for App Store submission:Location based services app with the following function / details as described in the attached briefing document. Please note that this document is confidential and shall not be re-used or shared with people outside of this bidding circle.- Locate iphone user and recommend services "around him"- User selects between 4-6 categories (already defined,will be provided)- Categories and data comes from various tables from an SQL database that is hosted online (no local SQLite database!)- different views/nib files (design/layout already available, will be provided)- Nib files present different table views (categories, listings, etc), search database, category details, submit data, take/submit photographies from iphone cameraDetailed layout/GUI designs in the briefing doc - internet database connections / database design for sql queries, etc will be provided with project [login to view URL] boundaries: Developer delivers source code (Xcode project file), that has been developed natively using Objective C and Cocoa.
