Looking to import RSS feeds into a forum(repost)

I've searched and searched and all I've been able to find are many hacks that allow you to syndicate your own forums into RSS feeds (which I may use for this project at a later time). I'm looking to do the opposite. I'm building up a community that would heavily rely on the RSS feeds of other sites and put into a pre-assigned forum as per the site it came from. For example: Feeds from sites A1, A2, A3, A4 would go into forumA Feeds from sites B1, B2, B3, etc.. would go into forumB (Very similar to "content generators" for Wordpress blogs, but not as 'sneaky'). I am running joomla and have fireboard installed, but am also open to revamping the site so that it works! could use mamba or another CMS, vbulletin if I have to. I'd like this to be as transparent as possible, even including links to where the feed came from. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
