the metrics are as follows:

3. **Orders Per Customer:** average number of orders per customer (monthly/all-time)
4. **Multiple Order %:** % of customers with more than 1 order (all-time, monthly)
5. **Order Wait:** average time (days) between orders for customers with more than 1 order
6. **Payment Distribution:** % of orders by payment method (daily/monthly)
9. **Length of Visit:** average time spent on site per user (daily/monthly)
10. **Site Abandonment:** % or number of customers who visit our site who don't place an order (daily/monthly)
12. **Discount Usage:** %/number of customers using coupons/discounts
13. **Order Frequency:** number of orders per hour
14. **Order Value/Customer:** total value of orders placed, per customer (for instance, how much each customer has ordered “all-time??)
15. **% of all customers signed up that have actually placed an order**
**16. % of orders from customers who did not sign up as a customer**
**18. New Customers:** # customer signed up per day
19. **Site Visit Value. ** $ spent per visit to site (daily). This is simply the daily order value total / the number of *unique* visits/day (not hits)
coder is expected to include these stats as reports in the admin panel
