Parse 'ini' file and perform operations based on content

The basic PHP skills you will need to posess are: 1 - Open and read a textfile organised similar to an ini file 2 - Parse its contents 3 - Perform operations based on the ini contents and a passed array. In most cases these are simple maths based on a lookup from the ini file. 4 - Return the results See the two txt files in the zip file for a full and detailed description.
