Simple Timekeeping Software

I want a simple, solid, web-based app (front and back) that I can host easily on IIS 6. This app is to greet users with a username and password prompt, then allow them to clock in and out. Time should be split into two week periods, and the current user should be able to see their in and out times for every day of the week, as well as hours total for the day, and hours total "so far". This should be a simple calender style visual interface by which the user can easily see the current pay period history at a glance. All the user should be able to do is clock in, and clock out, using the server's time. If an employee does not clock in or out, the entire day should be "flagged", and easily identifiable by an administrator. There should be an administrator that can: -Create, Delete, Modify Users -See the timesheets of all employees -See which employees have flagged days -Modify times and remove flags. -Run reports on individual employees, as well as a "master" report, showing total hours, average daily horus, etc. Program should keep as long a history as possible The visual friendliness of the program is very important. All pertinent data should be displayed graphically and efficiently. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Should work in firefox as well as IE. Should run on IIS6, and include instructions on how to deploy it. Programming language and database platform is unimportant, whatever works. This is a program for a small amount of users.
