Web Project in PHP - Modify existing template

This is a PHP 4images template that needs to be modified to include the following : 1. Intergrate with a forum - I already have PHPP forums just need them integrated 2. widen template to full page - change background colors etc, there are plenty of free templates to choose from that do this , I just don't have the time or skill set to do this. 3. space for ads is needed, can be either skyscrapers or 768*90 ads , I have the code for these 4. when user registers they need space the profile to include questions like age, hometown etc at present the Profile only includes spots for username / password 5. intergrate chat rooms into it, I already have chat program called parachat and all that needs to be done is havea link on the home page to open the chat window which is actually hosted on a different server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP and windows with MySql DB
