eCommerce Website Project Plan leading to Actual Project

We are looking for project plan that explains following creation of website. Bid winner will have an oppertunity to work on actual project. But, must have good project plan to please my client to approve this project!!! Here is a sample site that I want my site to do. Usser/clients must registered first and admin will review to give permission to get an access to our site using dealer code. (Permitted user/client access only) 2. Items must be itemized under their model number and sub-catagorized accordingly to their original parts/multi-layer of sub-catagorize is must!! 3. Real time inventory status and Multi-level pricing structure is required for volume and often purchased user/clients. 4. Every order must be taken using purchase order and view like an invoice.
