Flash Actionscript expert needed

We would like to hire a flash actionscript expert to help us to work on one of our flash projects.? The coder should be very proficient in actionscript and flash.? Basically we have a backend system in Jsp, the frontend is flash.? The coder should code in actionscript to the backend Jsp to get data and display in flash files.? We would like to seek somone who is professional, responsible, and very responsive.? The coder should maintain close communication with us on daily basis to deliver quality project and resolve any issues during the project development.?
