Flash or HTML 5 site to create logos online

Would like a site where anyone can go to create quick logos. Similiar sites are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Functionalities: User Profile -login and log out -remember me -forgot password -change password & email -see logos they have created and be able to download them again Creating Logo -select from library of icons or upload your own GIF,JPEG,PNG (keep transparent background if it has it) or EPS -library have categories like People, animals, shapes, abstract, etc -able to move image around and resize (keeping aspect ratio or freeform) -able to rotate, duplicate, change opacity, colorize, and align (top,left,bottom,right) image -export as PNG (transparent background),GIF,JPG, PDF, or EPS -select resolution of export if PNG,GIF,JPG -able to select from predefined set of fonts (15 fonts) -able to change size, color, placement of font -able to draw simple geometric shapes like line, box, curve, circle, oval, star, etc and change line color and fill color -saved work to user profile so they can access logos again in the future to edit or export again Admin -allow admin to set whether user can export logo without registering for an account or guest privilege -allow admin to set whether user should pay for logo (using paypal) before getting special access to export logo -admin can upload new images to put into the library -admin can delete images from library -admin can change prices for logos -admin can set admin paypal email address to use for payment It would be best if you already have some sort of drawing program done. Then you can simply use that as the starting point for this project. Please show me portfolio of projects you have done that may be similiar to this. $350
