Flash / XML project

Dynamic flash banner needed for show on adds on different websites : Requirements on fields: * Flash size needs to be dynamic * XML input of Text and graphics, positioning, time of effect, time of slide and URL(If any). * XML text needs to be positioned in the XML file * Needs to be atleast? 3 effects (fade, zoom, slide) for every effect, effects needs to be * XML file URL needs to be set in HTML code. * It needs to be possible to trigger a special frame with? mouseover on the websites? to show? one "frame" without link and with zero delay. When mouseout then the flash banner should continue where it was.(not start over) All code in Flash/actionscript needs to be documentated in perfect english.
