Website Templates needed

I willl have a site that sells templates.? I need the templates to just focus on actors and actresses. I need as many as you can give me. They will probably all have generally the same information. 3 or 4 really really really good ones would do though. Should have a simple admin panel where users can upload pics, upload video of their work, etc. I want all website to have auto updates scripted for entertainment news and top ten box office and anything else creative you can think of. it should have a calendar that is update wtih upcoming events. what do yu think? They must contain flash and be complete sites ready for download.? I don't need a whole lot, just a couple/few this is industry specific templates and i need them ready to go and user friendly. User needs to not only like them visually but manipulate them easily to upload and change content to their liking.? Also, we must have rights to these templates so that we may resell them. Mock ups are great if you have them available.? Also, these sites need to contain relative information to the industry.? Templates should contain script to provide information on top box office reports or top stories for entertainment industry.?
