I have limesurvey installed on [login to view URL] and I need the page to look like a webpage which contain, a header, a menu bar, slider, some basic packages-offers, registration form (from a survey hosted on the same portal), seo customisation, promotion space (for new offers) etc. I would like it with pleasure if it close to look like [login to view URL] main page.
