Mailchimp template, landing page, powerpoint and set of images to facebook, twitter and google+

I need to make based on the design that you can find on my website [login to view URL] (is a test server) the following actions. - I Would need a Mailchimp Template wich works with the rss feed. This template must be beautiful and based on the design of web. - I Would need a landing page for conversion attractive and I need that this landing page has integrated MailChimp form. This landing page should integrate within the web as a wordpress page template. - I Would need a corporate template for powerpoint. With all styles necesary and very importat a price table. - I Would need a set of images for headers and icons for facebook, twitter and google+. This image must be optimized by each social web. Before choosing the freelancer I like to see a mockup of the landing page and the template for MailChimp.
