redesign/redevelop a shopping online store website

We require an experienced website developer to redesign and redevelop the website [login to view URL] with all details including the admin site. The database would be redesigned as to allow for items in larger sizes on the website and everything in high definition. we want an attractive website. The website is developed into three areas - bidding and buying/direct buying and free shipping or reduced shipping fees membership. all other details will be provided to the bid winner. If you do not have 80% completion or above, please do NOT bid on this. If you are a sub-contractor, do NOT bid on this. We require someone with verifiable proof of having this type of experience developing website. We also want a good template redesign. The development must be capable of the following 1. Bidding and Buying from the website (similar to bidding functions of ebay) 2. Direct purchases from the website with checkout functionalities 3. Membership club of free shipment Some of these functionalities have been developed already on the website.
