We've pretty much understood your requirements and would like to add following functionality in it: 1. On admin page, university option able to tick "Add to top search" checkbox. 2. When a user search a course, those university/course have related will list down, but those university checked "Add to top search" checkbox will list first before other search result. The order doesn't matter, can be randomly or whatever easier way for you to do. We'd like to move forward but it'd be great if you RESPOND so that we can discuss and there'd be no communication gap.
