Sending automatic emails to rate shop and bought products in Virtuemart2

Hi, I have a little project for my Online Shop which is running on Virtuemart 2. I would like to send two different emails to customers who placed an order in our shop. The first email should contain an automatic greeting of the customer, text but also a link to his order and a link to a portal where the customer can rate our online shop. The second email should contain an automatic greeting of the customer, text and ask him to place a vote for the products he bought. In this emails it would be necessary that all products are displayed including title and picture of the product (in a nice looking list style) the customer has purchased with its order. By clicking on the title or the picture of the product the customer should be redirected to another page where he can write a review for every single product he purchased with an order and give a vote based on the Virtuemart 2 5-star ranking. It should not be necessary for the customer to login into Virtuemart 2 to place the vote and write the review. The vote and the review are then to be inserted to the original Virutemart 2 rating system by clicking a button. There should be also a "backend" to control the emails that should be send to the customer. The backend should contain 6 columns: Column1: Select orders to send email to ask the customer to rate the shop Column2: Select orders to send email to ask the customer to rate the products Column3: Order number of the order with link to order in Virtuemart 2 Column4: First name and Second Name of the customer Column5: Date of purchase Column6: Date of shipping We would like to have a list of all orders that have been placed. By using filters "orders between two dates" it should be possible to order the list between two dates of purchase. The list should only contain orders of customers who have not received both emails (which were described above) yet. It is necessary that the orders that are shown after using the filters can be selcted manually but also select all at one time. It is important that it is possible to select the two different emails (to rate the shop and the other email to rate the bought products) seperatly as the emails are supposed to be send on different days. It should be possible to send the same email more often but it is then necessary that we can see this visually that one of the emails was already send. F.e. the field where the tick box is could have another color. The field of date of shipping should have a different color depending on how many days the order was shipped after purchase. Fe. 1-2 days after purchase: green, 3-4 days after purchase orange, more than 5 days: red Please ask if anything is unclear. NO CHANGES TO JOOMLA CORE OR VIRTUEMART CORE SHOULD BE NECESSARY!!!
