Want Info Architect to storyboard Freelancer.com iPhone App

Hello there I'd like an information architect / UI expert to storyboard for us an iPhone application for Freelancer.com. NOTE this is not to design the graphics or application, instead I want the specification to be written in detail how the user interface will be designed. The best iPhone application to look at is eBay's app. We want the application to be very easy to use, and allow people to quickly: 1) post projects 2) check their balance and transaction history 3) search for projects 4) be notified of new projects matching their description 5) send / receive messages etc The deliverable for this is a specification document along with a basic mockup (not graphics) of how the information will be presented screen by screen. Before you bid, please look at eBay's application to see how they did it.
