rich GWT based UI with drag and drop, professional graphics - long term work

hello we are developing a product on SAAS model. Our customers will logon to our website in order to use our services and will pay per usage. we are developing the engine that encompasses the core logic and we would like to 100% outsource the front end. So this project is about the front end. We need to hire a company or individual who has expertise in developing rich internet application - do our website. you work will involve following: * design the website - this includes graphics design and webpage layout, CSS etc * develop the UIs using GWT as per the requirement. * The website will have nice look and feel, very very smooth and advanced UI. We are looking for professional work, as this is our product. I am attaching an initial design (this will change of course). Please quote based on fixed price for the initial version. (I understand you may have doubts, please let me know and I will clarify those). After first version, we will go on maintainance mode and will require one dedicated resource to work on it to make changes as our requirement changes.
