Very BASIC php / form / spread sheet script

My mrs works for ann summers, and has lots of ladies who work for her... she has asked me to make a webpage where the girls can enter their working details in the form and if possible send it in a spread sheet, or something that shae can copy and paste into her spreadsheet template... I could make a basic html form which emails the stuff over after they hit submit in an email, but she is hoping for a bit more functionality... Some of the ladies using this are very 'simple' so cant look to fancy ------------------------------------------ I would like to brand it with ann summers logo etc... but as a free request, i do not mind a descrete url link at the bottom of each page to your own, from a page that ranks 1st in google for PC Repairs THANK YOU FOR READING Lee
