Design, development work & changes/periodic updating/maintenance for existing websites and development of new websites

We require some immediate design & development work, changes/additions for our websites. This will be followed by periodic updating/maintenance work for the existing sites and development of new websites and blogs. Essentially we are looking for someone who can make additions/changes and maintain the websites as required, and take care of everything related to design/development/updating/maintenance etc., similar to the role of a freelance web-master for our sites. ## Deliverables The existing websites are PHP, Joomla and Wordpress sites and blogs. Typical work will include creating/adding/changing forms, graphics, updating content, and other ongoing website design & development work as required. This bid request is for the initial work which we estimate can be completed in about 8 hours by someone experienced in this type of work who knows what they are doing. We will be happy to inform you the website URLs and details of the initial work required once we have identified suitable bidders, if you would like to see the site and the exact work to be done before placing your bid. Upon completion of this initial work on the existing sites, we will also require development of new websites and blogs frequently. We are looking for someone with web design & development experience familiar with PHP, Joomla, Wordpress etc. and with the necessary required skills. If you are competent and reliable, this could lead to regular long-term work if we are happy with the initial work done.
