Expert PHP to make site improvements

I need an expert to improve the site of a client. There is a lot of improvements to be done and very short time. Only bid if you are available to start it right now. I can't wait for the next week, not even the next day, if you are awarded, you should start to work NOW. If you don't have time to start and finish it right now, don't lose my time. Start your bid with this six words: I have time to do it. I'll send you the site in zip (it uses PHP and MySQL), so you can install it on your own machine and do the improvements. So you'll make the changes in your computer and send me only modified files. I am the only one who will have access to the FTP. I'll send more details to the people I believe that is able to do it. I expect that a good developer will spend about 20 hours of work. I could do it myself (I am a developer) but I have a lot of projects to manage, so I'm unavailable to do it.
