Magento - checkout issues

Our Magento based site is experiencing some issues with the checkout page. Please don't respond to this project if you don't have experience with Magento - please also don't post a standard auto response. You must demonstrate that you understand the issue - it is most likely a javascript issue with the 'col-right' class or similar. I expect it will only take someone with Magento experience 10 minutes to fix so $20 is the max we will pay for this.
