64266 NEEDED-10 TEMPLATES

Hello All. Im looking for someone with very high skills to provide me with 10 templates to sell on my site. I need these to include 3 FLASH designs, 2 Basic HTML designs, 3 OS Commerce designs, and 2 very graphical designs. Preferably someone that has these sites already made and wishes to sell them to me would be great or can make excellent quality sites in a small time scale. I need ones that are original and i can have full resell rights to. So please no templates taken off another site. All have to original designs and designs you have not yet sold to anyone else.
