Im looking for somebody that can build an online avatar creator like on [login to view URL] It need to be build in php and flash so i can add it as a plugin for Oxwall software, the plugin connection we can build ourselves. After avatar is created, it needs to do 2 things. 1: Save as profile avatar on Oxwall 2: Save to computer as png file. I dont mind if you use files from [login to view URL], if you can convert it for our use would be great :) And needs to work in all browsers.
