426946 PHP / SQL Registration System Additions

I have a registration system attached to Wordrpess built in PHP and SQL that needs some additions. The payment part is using Paypal and that is working fine. The backend of the system displays info about who has registered - we need some additions like the total amount the registrant is paying and if they have chosen to pay online or offline. Each person registering gets a unique ID, but this is a random code and we need it changed to a running number such as 001, 002, 003, etc. We also need the validation checked as there are some small issues. So there are 3 things to add plus checking the system for errors. So we need someone very comfortable with PHP, SQL, javascript, and wordpress would be good too. I will only work with those who supply email, phone and Skype as people I work with here tend to disappear before projects are completed. Thanks
