Prestashop Project

I am looking to launch a Site within the next two weeks so a speedy completion of this project is a must. I am working with Prestashop and would like to add to the Backend of the Site in the orders tab 3 different fields. The 3 fields would be a textarea field, a status drop down field, and a shipping date field and they would need to be editable. These 3 fields will need to appear with each product that the customer orders. Once these 3 fields are entered they will need to be saved in the database with the specific product it was placed with and updated from the backend if need be. The values of these 3 fields will have to be visible to the customer in the front end order details and will not have to be editable. I will also need to add a customer selling text area field with to each product being sold in a cart that will be saved to the data base and be viewable by the backend and frontend. I will need to add a custom field to the checking out process so customers can input a PR# the PR# should be saved to the database and be visible to the backend and front end in the customer’s order.
