Search Similar to ApartmentList , CSS & Javascript Conflict Fixing , Codeigniter upgrade, CSS designing, Cloning CSS

Clarification - I've seen many Freelancers who doesnt have passion in what they are doing and i'm only wiling to work with one who is wiling to provide after task support and not charge me for a question i ask. If you're not up for this, lets not waste both our time. I'm a developer looking for extra hands, i would need the following done Please specify which task are you are able to do. Task 1 Same concept as [login to view URL] -I have the map up and ready, just want to do search differently by displaying results on map. Elaborated task 1 (Able to work with google map, filter and display results as markers and result list , when select markers , pop up appears, (apartmentlist is a very good example,take it as, similar) Task 2 -Some Javascript conflict, between bootstrap and [login to view URL] Task 3(Out of this project) - Additional -CSS design , most probably will show you how it looks in photoshop (non programmer/Programmer) Task 4(Out of this project) - Additional -Codeigniter upgrading version, around 3 versions I would require you to document or explain(structure) your work and recommend javascripts(backdone,underscores, etc for the task , also depending on what i'm already using) Design is important, so CSS skills is important(NOT PICTURES(i met those idiots before) but real css ) Thank you :)
