wordpress custom database change

Hi there, We have a custom built small order handling system which integrates with our wordpress ecommerce system. It pulls the orders from the wordpress daatabase, puts them into its own database and then allows us to print delivery notes, search orders etc. It's a very simple system but works well for us. It is written in a mixture of javascript & php. The db is mysql. It is all hosted on our server. We have just relaunched our website and changed from using wp-commerce to now using woocommerce. This has broken the order handling system, because the database for wp-commerce is different to the database for woocommerce. We the order-handling system changing to work with woocommerce. The previous developer is not available now, so I need someone who can make this change for me please. We need it complete by Friday 13th September. Please ensure you fully understand the project and that you are VERY familiar with php, javascript, mysql, wp-commerce and woocommerce databases before bidding. Thanks!
