WordPress WPMU PDF Reporting Module(repost)

The objective of this project is to enable a user to progress through a short structured process that will result in them being emailed a PDF report. They will also have the option to download the report as a PDF after they have finished the structured process. This process already exists as a WordPress WPMU plugin. However it requires customisation to produce the PDF. The Contutto PDF plug in may be useful here. The existing process plugin also requires customisation to output the correct gender for the report. The proof of a succesful project will be a new user registering on the site, completing the process and being emailed the gender specific PDF.
