SIP Click to Call Joomla Module for VOIP

I want to have a click to call Joomla 1.5/1.6 module that interfaces into any SIP based phone, it needs to be deployed through the standard Joomla interface and give the parameter options to set the receiving number and authentication details for the receiving SIP account: (IP PHONE NUMBER, Your VoIP password, SIP Proxy, Domain). When the user clicks on the image inside the module to call, they are presented with a highslide box asking for their number to be entered.
