Social netowrking website required

I want a website, with the following top level specifications: 1. USers should be able to login using facebook/ gamil ids. 2. All users have a profile. The profile form questions must be determined by admin. Will remain same for all users. 3. After log in user can write blogs / articles. * user should be able to upload videos, photos 4. A user can follow other users and can be followed by other users. 5. All the updates of a user are shown on wall of other users who follow him. 6. USers can read / comment other users blogs. 7. users can send / receive persoanl messages 8. Depending on number of followers and number of blgs users can be categorised. Admin will decide these levels. 9. All standard features of a social networking site like : recent updates, most read blogs etc etc. In short I want a social networking site with slight difference. There is a site which does almost same as I want : [login to view URL] Atleast all the features of that site must be there in first phase. As this site might require long term maintenance, I will prefer some one from Greater Noida/ Noida /Delhi to do this work.
