PHP/Mysql Expert

We are seeking a PHP/Mysql Expert in one of our projects. The current assignment is to develop a module at the first phase to try it out. We need the coder to be expert level in PHP/Mysql with Apache, Linux. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of following skills: 1. PHP5 OOP design and coding. Be able to write classes in PHP5 and have a good modular design. 2. Good understanding of software design and pattern, such as MVC. 3. Familiar with Smarty, PEAR::DB/ADODB and similiar libraries. 4. Knowledge of MySQL5 with stored procedure. Be able to write efficient SQL and do performance tuning. 5. Good javascript skills, any AJAX experience is a plus. 6. Large scale PHP/Mysql project experience is required. Particularly in web based document management. 7. Good RAC rating without exception. 8. Be able to maintain CLOSE communication with us on daily basis. Be responsive and reliable to delvier the project on time. Any delay would result arbitration. We only consider the candiate who is meeting requirement above. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux, Windows, IE, Firefox, Opera, Netscape, PHP5, MySQL5, Apache2
