177568 Count/log Cybercafe goods

We need someone to make software for logging cybercafe expenses+visitors+traffic on computer+food/drinks So its like: clients come, order food/drinks use computer. With this software our employee/operator could then entered this (ordered info) in a php form with browser, and then accountant can later anytime login and check all statistics. It must be done in php+mysql. Every our operator must have its login. Accountant must have too its separate login with access to stats. It must work under windows 2003 server! Also all inputs will be provided by us through keyboard (for example one input is traffic used on particular computer, we already have software for tracking this traffic, and this will be entered by our employee) Its good that every a few month all data is backuped to different database (just in case if there is any corruption of database). Becouse we need to have data stored for long period of time
