Fix PHP Function errors in script. - repost

Need someone to go through my script and fix function errors to optimize code and database so it is up to date and functions with ease. Some of the obvious errors include: 1) the inability to check out once an item is selected, 2) contact seller function doesn't work 3) forum posting topic and reply issues 4) Text counters when creating a listing in admin panel do not work 5) When creating a listing in the admin panel and then uploading an image one gets an false error message. 6) Repair login issue in sessions.php. Above errors should not an experienced programmer more than 2 to 3 hours to repair as the script worked perfectly fine before I updated php on the server about 8 months ago. 7) Test drive the script, review and optimize all code in the 200 files it contains. There is no more than 8 hours of work to optimize this script.
