mySQL & php Calendar

I would like a web page designed that will read data from a mySQL database containing property, start date and end Date, and display a calendar with all properties listed down the page (single occurance of each property in Alphabetical order), and 1-(28-31) across the page for the days of the month. A selection of month and year should be possible on the web page and when changed the table will repopulate for the new month/year. An additional stand alone page would be required to populate this table. I would want a combo box to select property and a from / to date, and a save button. Ideally I would like a table of all bookings shown by date on this page so I could delete bookings if required. A sample of the webpages I would like can be provided on request. I would require the database and php web pages to be provided and allow me to test before payment.
