263360 OSC additions

Following addons / changes must be made to my OSC installation. IMPORTANT > You must be fluent or near-fluent in english. IMPORTANT > The OSC installation is V. 2.2-MS2, the addons / changes MUST be able to work with this version - if you are not capable of working with this version DO NOT BID. IMPORTANT > The site is LIVE and running, unfair delays/problems will result in a negative rating. So, with that out of the way. I'm looking for a serious, professional, skilled programmer that's fluent in speaking and writing english. Understanding that the site is live and keeping me updated of changes if the most important part. This is the list of things that needs to be done, this list will most likely grow as the project is going on, and if you perform well there will surely be more work do be done after. Major changes: 1. Integrating a paypal payment module (The kind that saves the transaction when the customer leaves the site (IPN)). 2. Offer of the week option, like the "specials" box basically. But with a slightly different design. 3. Improved META tags and general search engine integration 4. SEO urls (Search engine friendly urls) (Urls with the product names). 5. Customer/Customer group specific discounts (Linked to customer account. (Must be configurable so it only counts for specific categories). Minor Changes: a. Manufacturer groups should not have images accociated with them. b. Specific shipping options for specific countries. c. Changing the font in some of the menu's and header boxes d. "Greying out" Credit card Confirm button after it has been pressed once. e. Small pop-up image change (Clickable pop-up images and a small text fix.). f. Small text fix (I'll elaborate later, it's a small fix). g. Emtpy Basket function h. A better sorting of products in the invoice for me and the customers.
