9438 script like istockphoto

I am interested in a php script similar to what istockphotos has. It has to have an admin page where I can put keywords and description for a specific picture. It must have option for members to be able to upload pictures, give specific description and keyowrds used for the search option. It must have a search option to be able to make searches based on the keywords atributed by the admin or the uploader. It must have a most popular option, so the script should ranked to pictures based on how many downloads have been made. It should have a login page, only member should be able to download the pictures. As I sayed before, it should be something like [login to view URL] script.
