92135 simple text game script

Need a script for a simple game... Want to create a simple game, with all text… I will have a database of simple puzzles. Each puzzle is simply just 4 words side by side… idea of the game is that the middle 2 words need to be guessed by the user. User only sees the first letter of the middle two words. User scores 1 point for each puzzle correct in a certain amount of time. Other than the script needed for the game, will need high score page couple other small functions See attached document for example and all details... Thank you!
