The forms are aleardy in place but is not working properly.
When the form arrives to the email.
It displays a blank .PDF page or sometimes an error:
Acrobat could not open '[login to view URL]' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
