Hello there, I would like a script or program to run on Windows to perform the following on an MP3 file: 1. Split the MP3 file into a number of files based on a configurable number of minutes. 2. Rename the split Mp3 files to be in the following format, including zero padding: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], ..., [login to view URL] 3. Adjust the volume of each MP3 to be a configurable # of dB. 4. Add id3v1 and id3v2 tags to the new MP3 based on the original MP3 file and subject to the following conditions: 4a. The title of each smaller Mp3 file would be title based on the command line plus the zero padded number of the MP3 file. Example: Assume [login to view URL] has the title "Original MP3" and splits to 12 files. New Filename New Title [login to view URL] -> "Original MP3 01" [login to view URL] -> "Original MP3 02" ... [login to view URL] -> "Original MP3 12" Example 2: Assume [login to view URL] splits to 100 files. [login to view URL] -> "Original MP3 001" ... [login to view URL] -> "Original MP3 100" 4b. The track number of the file should be the proper number. For example [login to view URL] has track #1 and [login to view URL] has track #12. 4c. Any other appropriate id3v1 or id3v2 tag in the original file copied over to the new Mp3 file. Suggested command line arguments: filename [-t ] [-n default time is 5 min default title is title from orig mp3 file default db is 99 An id3v2 command line tool I compiled for windows (probably from [login to view URL]) An mp3 splitting program I obtained from ([login to view URL]) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a)Script or executable for with no installation required. b)Other executables used if you convinced me to not use the ones I provide. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP & Vista (required) I recommend the following technologies I use in similar tasks. You are welcome to try to convince me to use others. Perl 5.8.8+ (suggested) [login to view URL] command line [login to view URL](suggested) An id3v2 command line tool I compiled for windows (probably from [login to view URL]) An mp3 splitting program I obtained from ([login to view URL]) Suggested command line arguments for [login to view URL]: -t -f -a filename For each external executable you need to call, the command line arguments should be in an easily modified variable (assuming your writing a perl script)
