Dear Sir, I need to integrate on my prestashop 1.4.7.3 a live chat for our sales man. We have a personalization which allow to assign for each customer a sales man if we want. The sales man can be configured as usual on back office. 1) If the customer loged in he can chat with him sales man if he his online, otherwise he can send a message using the existing message function in prestashop trought the chat. 2) if customer is not loged in he can start a chat after inserting name and email, by the way also in this case he can send a message if there aren't operator available or starting a chat if there are operators. If the customer is not loged in all operator can see him and start a chat with him. As operators I mean administrators and sales man.
