Blog modifications/repairs needed

| | My blog is [[login to view URL]][1] I would like to make some minor changes to my design and layout and fix my video feature (currently it is not working with all the categories) feedburner in optin box not working...just to name a few. I would also like to have someone who knows how I can get more out from my blog with plugins, improve load times and function. If possible I would like to hire for long term relationship. P.S. I am also open to changing themes completely if you think it would be best. | ## Deliverables I would like to have a quoted hourly rate so that if I need future work on my blog, I would like to pay you on a per hour basis.
