Build a request for quote website

I would like a website desinged that will allow contractors to sign up to gain exposure to customers. The website will be a link between customers and contractors so that the contractors can bid on jobs. It is basically a request for quote website that will provide customers with links to local contractors and services which will enable them to find the best price for whatever need they have. ## Deliverables I would like to be able to edit the site to give daily updates to the clients on it.
