DotProject install and maintenance

Hello there, Looking for a programmer with the ability to do the following: A) install and maintain (maintenance through time is important) a small web page where my company (3 workers) can use something like a [login to view URL] system for managing our clients: We have x projects from y clients and z workers in my company to manage them. a.1) I need to be able to assign tasks in a project from a client to a worker of my company and check which are undone. It is not critical that tasks have a time related frames (they could also be simple to-dos) but it would be good if they did. a.2) I need clients to be able to get in the web and create trouble tickets which we can solve. We might end up inputting the trouble tickets from their phone calls, but by the end of the month they can access the web and check they called us x times this month with these many problems which were solved (and need to be billed and paid). This is not totally necessary, but I definitely need clients to have a username too in the system and be able to check whatever we allow them to check (scanned bills and other documents we want them to have readily available (manuals, etc)). a.3) I want both the programmer and me to download a backup daily and want last friday, last month, last semester and last year backups to be kept. a.4) It does not have to be [login to view URL], it can be any other software which can do this, and is opensource and has a nice community base which guarantees that the software development won't be stuck. Someone told me activecollab looks promising (I don't know, I just played with it for an hour). B) In the same place where we host this page I would like to have a simple page where I can blog. This could be something like drupal or simply some wordpress. Again this need to be maintained. Please check Platform for more description (2000 characters limit is low man) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I would not just install a [login to view URL] with a fantastico package because I know nothing about programming and know that when I put my information there I will depend on it, so I would rather have a professional starting the project from scratch and maintaining. I do not need the software to be updated unless there is a major flaw in the software which justifies it or there is a new feature which will be useful in our case. In any case, upgrades will be part of the maintenance. This webpage will be used mainly in Shanghai, China, where I work and live. I have not had too good experience with local hosting (which would be the fastest option). [login to view URL], where I have some webspace, give a nice speed here, I do not know really where their hosting is. You are expected to offer a couple of hosting places and we will try to check which one is faster here.
